Fees & Payments

I try to keep fees and payments clear from the beginning. My rates are in line with current NDIS pricing guidelines, and I’ll always let you know about any additional costs before completing the work.

💰 Rates

  • Therapy sessions: $193.99 per hour

  • Travel: $96.99 per hour, plus $0.99 per kilometre where applicable.

    Travel may be charged for up to 30 minutes each way. If you are my final appointment of the day, return travel may also apply.

    Brief preparation and planning are included as part of each session. Any additional resource development, documentation or other work completed outside the session will be discussed with you first.

🧾 Accepted Payment Options

I currently accept:

  • Private payment

  • Self-managed NDIS funding

  • Plan-managed NDIS funding

  • Private health insurance, where Occupational Therapy is covered

I am not currently able to support NDIA-managed participants.

Payment is due on the day of the service or within seven days of receiving your invoice.

Payment can be made by:

  • Tap and Go through Tyro Go for in-person sessions

  • Bank transfer using the details provided on your invoice

🧩 Billable Services

The following services may be billed:

Therapy sessions
Face-to-face or Telehealth sessions focused on your child’s goals.

Planning and documentation
Additional session planning, clinical notes and the development of resources outside the usual session preparation.

Reports and letters
Assessment summaries, NDIS reports and letters for schools, GPs or other professionals. The expected time and cost will be discussed before I begin.

Care team communication
Phone calls, emails or meetings with teachers, therapists, support coordinators or other professionals where the communication takes longer than five minutes.

Travel
Travel time and kilometres are charged in line with current NDIS pricing guidelines. This may include up to 30 minutes of travel each way, as well as $0.99 per kilometre. Return travel may also be charged when you are my final appointment of the day.

You’ll receive an itemised invoice showing what was provided and how much was charged.
