Fees & Payments
I believe therapy should feel approachable, transparent, and stress-free — including when it comes to costs.
My fees are consistent with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements (2024–25) to ensure fairness and clarity across all services.
💰 Rates
Therapy sessions: $193.99 per hour
Travel (if applicable): $96.99 per hour (half-rate), plus $0.99/km as outlined by NDIS travel guidelines
All sessions include preparation and resource planning time to ensure each appointment is tailored to your child’s needs.
🧾 Accepted Payment Options
You can pay for services through:
Private payment (out-of-pocket)
NDIS — Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants
(Note: I am not currently able to support NDIA-Managed clients)Private Health Insurance — if your plan covers Occupational Therapy
Payment is due on the day of service or within 7 days of receiving your invoice.
I offer flexible payment options, including:
Tap & Go payments via Tyro Go (for in-person sessions)
Bank transfer (details are included on every invoice)
🧩 Billable Services
In line with professional practice standards, the following activities are considered billable:
Therapy Time
Face-to-face or Telehealth sessions where we work directly on your child’s goals.
Preparation & Documentation
Session planning, clinical note writing, and resource creation that supports your child’s ongoing progress.
Reports & Letters
Assessment summaries, NDIS reports, school or GP letters — quoted and agreed upon prior to writing.
Care Team Communication
Collaborative calls or emails with teachers, therapists, or support coordinators that extend beyond 5 minutes.
Travel
Travel is billed in line with NDIS pricing (up to 30 minutes each way + $0.99/km).
If you are my final appointment of the day, return travel to my office may also be billed.
